Availability is continually updated depending on what we have in for repair. This allows us to try and have your guitar fixed as quickly as possible once it is with us. If it is an emergency please email and we will try our best to fit you in as quickly as possible.
There may be times where there are several weeks before a ‘drop off’ appointment is available.
You will receive email confirmation of your booking. Please check your junk folder and move to your inbox if necessary.
What type of appointment do you need?
Collection: You have been informed that your instrument is fixed and ready to go home. If there are none available please email to arrange a time out-with the booking form availability.
Repair: Dropping off a repair. For a rough estimate and turn around time or any other questions, send us an Email with details and pictures.
Setup: Playability tweaks, strings and minor adjustments and quick fixes. This does not include fretwork, extensive cleaning, changing and replacing parts, nuts, saddles etc. For all that stuff or if you are not sure; book an ‘instrument needs fixed’ appointment.
