What type of appointment do you need?

Collection: You have been informed that your instrument is fixed and ready to go home. If there are none available please email to arrange a time out-with the booking form availability.

Repair: Dropping off a repair. For a rough estimate and turn around time or any other questions, send us an Email with details and pictures.

Setup: Playability tweaks, strings and minor adjustments and quick fixes. This does not include fretwork, extensive cleaning, changing and replacing parts, nuts, saddles etc. For all that stuff or if you are not sure; book an ‘instrument needs fixed’ appointment.

Due to backlog and guitar builds Ian has bookings for new repairs limited to Sundays only. Normal availability for collections.

Regular customers; contact directly and he will fit you in.

Isaac has full availability for new repairs. Big jobs might not be completed until after the new year.
